Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member of Compliance, Regulatory
Relations.
Key Responsibilities
Track and interpret regulatory reporting requirements and ensure
timely submissions
Coordinate internal efforts for regulatory examination requirements
and interact with regulators
Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a robust compliance
framework
Required Qualifications
Deep understanding of digital assets and blockchain technology
Extensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing digital
assets (e.g., BSA/AML, KYC/CDD)
Proven experience with regulatory reporting requirements and
compliance frameworks
Technical proficiency in cybersecurity and digital asset
custody
Basic legal background in financial services and data privacy is a
plus
